Work-From-Home with New Coworkers

Amidst this Coronavirus outbreak around the world, a lot of companies are switching their employees to work-from-home in order to prevent further spreading of the virus.

With this transition, some might find this really good and exciting but some might consider it the opposite, as they may possibly encounter unforeseen challenges and get overwhelmed in a work-from-home set up - one of those is sharing a workspace with your new coworkers.

So, who could they be then? They could be the other members of the family, your loved ones who also work-from-home or even your cute fur-babies is a good possibility!

Inevitably, you will experience frustrating noise in each corner of your house like your sister who's having online meeting or presentations, your mother taking calls of their customers in the living room, someone doing the chores while others maybe watching movies and of course, your pet who always in your tail suddenly barks giving an eye contact with you wondering why suddenly people are crowding the house.

However, the sense of safety and security for everyone, getting a break at your convenience doing your own sandwich while your pet dog and cat patiently await their treats, having quality time with your kids or take a peek on your friends' recent Facebook or Twitter posts without guilt - are just a few of the positive side in working at home.

Nevertheless, there are different ways to look at your new situation. These are just only a few of what to look forward to when you get yourself in a work-from-home setting during the pandemic. Just keep an open mind and see the positive sides of staying home with your family including your pets while doing your work.
